PhillyDMA and ANA Philly Announce Partnership on Industry Award Program

The Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association (PhillyDMA) and the Philadelphia chapter of ANA Business Marketing (ANA Philly) are partnering together on PhillyDMA’s 2022 Benjamin Franklin Awards (Benny Awards). The Benny Awards honor excellence in direct marketing and have been one of the Philadelphia area’s most prestigious marketing industry awards for over 40 years. Presidents Lisa Mark (PhillyDMA) and Ed Seiders (ANA Philly) announced the partnership to their respective organizations in January 2022.

“After hosting a virtual event in 2021 due to the pandemic, we’re excited to be returning to a live, in-person award ceremony this year. Our partnership with ANA Philly will help us expand awareness and participation in the Bennys to a broader audience of professional marketers and agencies in the greater Philadelphia area. Our two organizations have had a history of collaboration and we’re looking forward to a great working relationship with ANA Philly,” said Lisa Mark, president PhillyDMA.

Ed Seiders, president ANA Philly, added “We were considering starting our own award’s program to recognize excellence in B2B marketing in Philly. We’ve long respected PhillyDMA and the opportunity to partner with them on the Bennys was a great solution. I’m excited our members will now have this opportunity to submit their work for recognition, and I’m confident that ANA Philly will help PhillyDMA take their award program to the next level. This is a winwin- win for PhillyDMA, ANA Philly and the Philadelphia professional marketing community.”

The submission period for the 2022 Bennys awards is now open and runs through 3/11/22. Please visit for more information, a link to the submission website and sponsorship opportunities. The award ceremony will be Thursday, May 19, 2022 at The Corinthian Yacht Club of Philadelphia from 6:00-9:00 pm.
