You may have been seeing some information circulating lately about the upcoming PRINTING United Expo, taking place this week — Oct. 19-21 in Las Vegas. Joe Pullizi Takes on Customer Loyalty

On the first day of the Expo, Joe Pulizzi, founder, Content Marketing, will take the stage in the Keynote Theater (Booth: MR N110) — Oct. 19 at 11 am. Pulizzi is founder of multiple startups including content creator education site, The Tilt, the content entrepreneur event Creator Economy Expo (CEX), and is the bestselling author of seven books including Content Inc. and Epic Content Marketing, which was named a “Must-Read Business Book” by Fortune Magazine. He is best known for his work in content marketing, first using the term in 2001, then launching Content Marketing Institute and the Content Marketing World event. In 2014, he received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the Content Council. He successfully exited CMI in 2016 and consequently wrote an award-winning mystery novel, The Will to Die.

US Postmaster General to Take the Stage

U.S. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy will take the stage in the Keynote Theater (Booth: MR N110). During his session, “Transforming the U.S. Postal Service,” DeJoy will deliver remarks centered aroudn the Delivering for American plan, a blueprint for putting the Postal Service on a positive trajectory with new opportunities for the mailing and shipping industry.

The Postmaster General will update attendees on the progress to dramatically improve on-time delivery, the road to USPS financial sustainability and the multitude of strategies underway to change and improve the delivery network of the Service. This engaging talk will showcase some of the organization’s highlights over the past two years, and the upcoming priorities to position the Postal Service well for the important Fall peak mailing season.

Attendees will hear first-hand how an integrated mail and package delivery network will enhance service commitments and performance for business mailing customers, and ultimately the American public.

This keynote address will provide you with an understanding of the significant changes that the Postal Service management team is now putting in place – to create a more efficient and high performing organization better able to serve the mailing industry.

The Future of Print Personalization

Also taking the Keynote Theater stage will be Krisjanis (Chris) Ozols, head of operations strategic partnerships, Printful. Ozols session, “The Future of Print and Personalization” will cover aspects of how innovations and shifting consumer values drive change within the wider printing industry. He will focus on how these trends impact e-commerce and on-demand manufacturing through the lens of Printful’s own unique journey to becoming one of the leading global print-on-demand players.
